Although company profit is really high, it has caused directors no longer care about staff satisfactions. They pay even too far lower than London's start up companies. These are ranges of annually salary for (NON - directors family members): Junior developers (non/computer graduated) (0 to 6) years experience = £18000 - £26000 Senior developers (6 -10 years experience ) =£ 32000 - £40000 Tech Leads (10+) = £40000 -£50000 QAs (0-3) = £14000-22000 Project Managers (0-5) = £20000 - £28000
