      Avantages

      They provide MPF and toilet in office

      Inconvénients

      Terrible management. 24/7 on call no proper training, they do not care if you can learn anything A lot of OT with no pay They feel entitled to call you at any time they want. People quit as soon as 3 days, and the management still did not know what is their problem. Always lack of people, you don't have time to eat lunch or dinner If you work hard, you will only work to die. RUＮ and don't work here

      -Incredible opportunity for self start and learning -Amazing product and services -Fun and innovative people to work with -Solid pay and benefits

      Inconvénients

      -high pressure and expectations -odd hours to accommodate team in China -Not being Chinese bilingual may be challenging for the role -Still have lots of room for improvement for company structure -Work-life balance needs to be looked at -General company direction still influenced by HQ in China
