      Avantages

      - Not your typical consultancy, really embrace the challenger mentality - Everyone is extremely enthusiastic and positive - Lots of very intelligent people to work with and learn from - Empowered to build new propositions - Very open honest culture with direct access to the SLT - Great office in Kings Cross - Good package

      Inconvénients

      - Could be more diverse but this is acknowledged and DEI is being made more and more prominent - Everyone on the same grade is at the same salary (there are no bandings) this is great from a transparency perspective but if you are in the same role for a number of years e.g. wanting to move from Manager to Principal your salary will be largely stagnant

      Avantages

      Good people, with lots of growth potential - especially in the United States. Very manageable work-life balance, and opportunities to shape your own career trajectory. Motivated people can have huge impact.

      Inconvénients

      Senior leadership are adjusting slowly to the pressures of international expansion. Company is still maturing in terms of internal processes, which lands on mid-level management.
