Perfect place to start if you are new to insurance as Gallagher has some of the best systems and training in the broker space. Most people learn, get their qualification then get out as the pay is below average.
Inconvénients
Favoritism. Toxic environment. Ridiculous workload and no 'team' work - everyone is out for their own.
