Avantages

Pay was not too bad.

Inconvénients

Work pressure was high, job satisfaction non existent. No clear career path. Management was getting harder to work for every day and they made up things about you just to justify getting rid of you. You were under constant surveillance so they could ding you on every little thing. Things were changing every day so you made many mistakes trying to adapt day to day. You were ridiculed for others work delays, they could be in a division half way around the world but because your work was dependent on them getting their jobs done you were at fault for not getting your work done. Some coworkers were literally sent back to their desk crying under the abusive pressure. Everyone was afraid to take anytime off.

Avantages

Great work-life balance as a remote employee. Management is approachable and genuinely willing to help when it comes to workload — you never feel like you're on your own.

Inconvénients

Mentorship is largely self-driven. if you don't seek it out yourself, it won't come to you. Systems and internal processes can be slow and tedious, which adds friction to an already fast-paced workload. Compensation does not reflect the complexity or volume of work expected. High performers who are ready for the next step would benefit from clearer, more proactive promotion paths. When that structure is missing, talented people disengage quietly long before they ever leave.
