Las Vegas office is run with micromanaging manager and supervisors, always pushing employees with unmanageable work load with low staffing of claims assistant, Company is selling themselves as a paperless company but they do not have a plan of how they are going to get there. Leaving the adjusters with a lot of clerical duties besides handling an overwhelming case load.
