      Avantages

      Some genuinely intelligent and hard working people at first made this a nice place to work, but as I attempted to get projects off the ground that would bring in revenue I was repeatedly blocked and interfered with and spent all my time dealing with politics.

      Inconvénients

      The incompetent micro-managing CEO is slowing destroying the company - he originally wanted to be an astronomer. He should have been, as he has no head for business and insists on running the company into the ground.

      Avantages

      It is a casual, laid back environment, with healthy drinks and snacks provided by the company. The staff are all friendly, and hard working. The company offers a great 401K plan and will offer to match a portion of your contributions. The annual bonus sums are impressive.

      Inconvénients

      It offers a poor benefits plan, compared to others in the industry. Promotion prospects are few. The requirements to get an annual bonus are impossible to achieve. The company is not growing.
