      Avantages

      Working for a CEO that takes extreme ownership of a mission to have global impact. Everyone at the company is an "A" player with full transparency of everything.

      Inconvénients

      Forget having a balanced life. Even though focused on ultra-slow government markets, this company starts with 24/7 and then wonders why you can't get more done. Since everyone is brilliant, if you are used to being extraordinary, here you are only average.

      It was very exciting and I learned a lot, but was only there for a summer

      I'm not sure I can fully put into words how off my experience was here. There was such a strong culture of fear and mayhem. The employees called it "Chaos Ventures" behind the Partner's backs because everything was so unclear and helter-skelter. We were paraded around for our MBA logo like show ponies in front of the LPs which was very strange because we didn't work their full-time. Ultimately, I knew within the first week or two that I didn't want to work here and there's been 100%+ turnover since I left. Everyone thought it was a joke and seemed to regret accepting an offer there.
