      Inconvénients

      Variability of culture and mindset depending where and with with which department you interact. Sometimes people are not able to adapt and can have a very conservative approach.

      Fast paced work and a lot of very driven co-workers that are passionate about the work they do and delivering medicines to patients

      Inconvénients

      re-organization decimated the company culture. takes a long time to move up with the company. pay is considerably less compared to what other companies pay for role.
