      - Pay is better than other competitors in the market. - Perks/benefits are better than most corporations out there. - Flexibility with working hours and travelling between your shift timings is decent. - Office cab both ways saves the hassle of booking a cab in Cyberhub, which sometimes becomes super frustrating when you're living somewhere in Delhi.

      Inconvénients

      - Leadership changes are often. - Leadership may micro-manage at times. - Individual targets may be divided using unfair metrics.

      Avantages

      People at the peer level are great and you learn about some interesting industries

      Inconvénients

      This is the worst place I have ever worked. Management does not care about you. They put on a front, but push and push and ask for more no matter how hard you work. You can be a top performer, but if you leave on time to go home they're not happy. It's never enough and the work never ends. It's just not worth it.
