I worked there for nearly 5 years and during that time it only became an increasingly miserable place to be. The pay is low and there is no work/life balance. When there is work employees are forbidden to leave until it is done. I have been there past midnight and was then expected to show up at 8 the next morning to do it again. When there isn't work employees are sent home without pay and no mention of when or if they will be back. There are never reviews of any kind so asking for a raise is an intimidating and difficult task. Responsibilities and increased work load are piled on employees with no compensation. It's a very negative hostile environment. The management yells at and outright lies to people on a regular basis. They don't know what they are doing and take it out on other employees. People are terrified of being fired so they can't stand up for themselves. The management resent any kind of suggestions as to how to do things even when they have no idea what they are doing. It's horribly stressful and I have seen many people quit because it affected their health negatively. It is also a family owned company so there is the added stress of dealing with the extreme nepotism that comes with that. The place sends a lot of its work offshore to India and is always looking for more to send that way since it is cheaper so there is no security in the work. Overall is was a terrible experience and unless you are desperate run the other way.
