Avantages
Fuseideas may be a small agency but it has a large roster of clients in varied industries. This translates into a lot of opportunity, especially for creatives. I found the level of enthusiasm for good work to be impressive across the board, at every level of every department. I met a lot of great people, made a lot of great work, and had a lot of fun at this place.
Inconvénients
Some of the negative reviews are a bit hyperbolic and/or naive: "Profanities made in many public forums" = every ad agency. "Directionless CEO"? He may be a little ADD, but his zeal for new biz and good work is hardly "directionless." A few cons I noticed in my time at the agency: - you're never truly off the clock when emails are buzzing your phone every night - not feeling able to take extended vacations (more than a 4-day weekend) due to workload - saw a lot of turnover, which was unfortunate... some good people left
