      The boss would give more opportunities for challenging work if you want to learn additional IT and non-IT skills. If you want to create a IT career path, that maybe a good choose.

      Inconvénients

      If the company has future plans that involve you, you don't receive any notice until the plan or project has already been go-live, and then they ask you : "Why don't you know about it?" CLS company
