      Freedom to learn on the job, plenty of competent and talented employees, decent benefits, and a nice location with plenty of parking.

      Inconvénients

      Severely underpay employees, no clear company direction, no faith in upper-management to lead, and lazy team members in leadership roles.

      Avantages

      This is a fast paced company and you need to be sharp to keep up. It is friendly and team oriented here. Evolves to meet new markets/demands. Great opportunities if you are able and willing to go for it. Also, what you think matters.

      Inconvénients

      Market is ever-changing, you have to stay on your toes to keep up. Very fast paced, which can be great but also can be a challenge. If you are smart and hard working, you will like it!
