      Avantages

      Lesson plans, flashcards, and materials were provided. If you're a new teacher with little experience with lesson planning, having the lesson plans done is helpful. There are also many teachers so it's a good place to get to know people and make friends.

      Inconvénients

      It takes quite a bit of time to sort out flashcards and lessons for each lesson. Very time-consuming. You arrive at the office and are brought by minivan to the school you will be teaching at for that day. Different school each day so you cant build rapport with the students as much It's a company that hires anyone, with so many backpackers and high turnover. Some of the schools don't have air-con, and teaching for 5 or 6 hours straight with no air-con is horrible. I often had a heat rash at the end of a working day. Management is more concerned with keeping the company afloat, as opposed to actually caring about employee well-being.

      Avantages

      I completely disagree with the negative reviews. I worked as a teacher and had a blast. They give you all the lesson plans and training needed to teach any age. The workers and management are very nice and if you show up and do your job, you can get a lot out of your experience. Most kids at all the schools I worked at were very respectful and fun. The lessons are based on games and songs so the students are very excited to see you. They even had a nice boat Christmas party.

      Inconvénients

      The only small cons can maybe be that you might have to travel far each day but they provide the transportation and the days are not too long. Another is the contract, which can be confusing but works out in the end if you don't lose their materials, show up every day on time, and do your best.

      Avantages

      Lesson plan books provided to teachers. Great trainers and plenty of resources for their teachers. Work with a Thai Team Teacher and they are phenomenal. Good Pay.

      Inconvénients

      Days spent at school often go far beyond the contracted 8 hours. travel to different schools was a bit far sometimes. You lose a lot of money if you are sick and also lose your sick "bonus"
