Avantages
First of all, I doubt there is a company that exists today that is perfect, because human are not. Having said that, Fullscope is without a doubt the best company I have ever worked for. The culture here is very positive and the leadership does its best to take care of their people. They understand that consulting is not an easy life, so they try hard to take care of us with an awesome bonus structure, good vacation right out of the gate, and in general, just treat their people with respect. I believe that they really want me to be succeed and be happy. That is so much more than I can say for my last company. I'm so happy I left. One more thing that is great are the people. Whenever I've been stuck on a problem, I reach out to people whom I have never met and every single time they have been gracious to help me, even calling me on my cell phone to explain something to me. So I think Fullscope is pretty awesome, top to bottom. It's been a long time since I woke up in the morning excited and happy about my job. I'm very grateful for that.
Inconvénients
The operational tempo is pretty high, so sometimes the training is more OJT (On the Job) than provided in classroom. Note: This really isn't necessarily an negative.
