Avantages
- Stable job if you can prove you're good enough
- Coworkers are nice, mostly because they understand the crappy situation they're in as well
- Okay benefits
Inconvénients
- No culture, core values, mission statement
- Strict rules compared to other Bay Area companies, i.e. show up to work before 9am, WFH is not encouraged
- Employees aren't treated well because the company is too cheap to invest in them
- Very high turnover, part of the reason is their inability to hire correctly. You end up with people who aren't qualified for their jobs and are later fired because they don't know anything
- Asked to do way more than is on the job description, including working in the warehouse
- Pay way under market value, you should only choose to work here if you can take a paycut from your previous job
