      Avantages

      This small CA based company is growing fast and making a strong imprint in the education technology industry. Lead by an impassioned and energetic CEO, the company culture of “have fun and kick ass” is echoed in the attitude of each and every employee. This is a great company to work for if you have a strong work ethic, can learn at a fast pace, and love a dynamic and ever-changing atmosphere. In my top 3 favorite jobs ever!

      Inconvénients

      More in-house support would help make internal processes go quicker and more smoothly. A skeleton staff at the Nor Cal office would be better served with additional employees added to the roster. However, they do their very best with the time and resources they have

      Avantages

      - Stable job if you can prove you're good enough - Coworkers are nice, mostly because they understand the crappy situation they're in as well - Okay benefits

      Inconvénients

      - No culture, core values, mission statement - Strict rules compared to other Bay Area companies, i.e. show up to work before 9am, WFH is not encouraged - Employees aren't treated well because the company is too cheap to invest in them - Very high turnover, part of the reason is their inability to hire correctly. You end up with people who aren't qualified for their jobs and are later fired because they don't know anything - Asked to do way more than is on the job description, including working in the warehouse - Pay way under market value, you should only choose to work here if you can take a paycut from your previous job
