There are no pros to working for the company.

The Owner barely spends time in the office, and when he’s in he is watching CNN. The Owner gets a blind cc on every email you send. He doesn’t tell you that he’s doing it to track your activity. The Owner makes you use a separate entrance from the other office employees. The security system tracks your arrival and departure time. He doesn’t tell you this. The owner is old school and insists that you work out of the office every day. He seems to think it’s 1972. The owner doesn’t do anything except watch TV, have staff reheat his leftovers from home for his lunch, or monitor your phone calls. He talks, and talks and talks. However nothing is relevant to the work. Staff also monitor your activity and report to him. Watch your back. There’s honestly nothing good about this employer to recommend. It’s thoroughly unpleasant and unethical. PSW staff are frequently unreliable, unhappy and bottom tier, customer retention is problematic. Employe turnover in sales is high,, due to the culture in the office, which is terrible and unethical.

Absolument rien. Impossible de dire quoi que ce soit de positif. Les objectifs sont loin d'être réalistes.

L'entreprise emploie des préposés aux services de soutien à la personne de piètre qualité. Fidéliser les clients est très difficile. Le président travaille au minimum. Il intervient pour gérer les employés de manière très précise. Dans son bureau, la télévision est diffusée en continu sur CNN. L'ambiance de travail est médiocre. Les employés se dénoncent mutuellement et tentent de se mettre en avant. Le président est actionnaire minoritaire. L'associé financier dirige une concession Ford et n'intervient pas en interne, sauf pour les évaluations financières. Les coups bas et les querelles sont monnaie courante en interne. Je donnerais une note de zéro à l'entreprise si c'était possible.
