      -Great atmosphere -Great coworkers -Pay on time

      -Unorganized -Awkward relationship with boss -uncomfortable working alongside interns in the same position as crew employees as they didn't give the same energy as employees.

      Avantages

      You get to work in sports There are good people that are fun to be around

      Inconvénients

      The pay is beyond atrocious The hours are terrible, leaving little work life balance Upward mobility is a false promise. Outside of title, very little change in job function, pay, hours, responsibility And yet somehow the leadership is worst of all If you're looking to start a career in sports, you should keep looking
