Great place to work. Loved it.

Too far away from where I lived.

Pretty informal environment, could be stressful at times depending on urgency of project / behaviour of financial markets. Good mentoring and if you show promise good opportunity for promotion. Lot of time and money spent on developing staff if they wanted it. Supportive atmosphere. Great benefits. Nice place to work.

Sometimes the division between departments was frustrating - little bit of a 'them' and 'us' mentality. Could be hard to get agreement between departments from time to time.
