Avantages
Starting with the company over 3 years ago I wasn't sure it was for me long term. Excessive rigidity around working hours and a nagging undercurrent of negativity with some management staff. However there have been many positive changes over the last 18 months: - the introduction of remote working with the option to meet in the office when required - a lot of negative staff have left and new people have been brought onboard - a very stable company even more secure with a number of major long term contracts won - a general feeling the company is going places - regular pay rises - the introduction of new technology/ideas and ways of working - the introduction of formal technical training - the company are extremely supportive with any personal/family issues that have arisen
Inconvénients
- A more generous pension - Some sort of profit related bonus scheme Those points above I would say however are mitigated by a very good basic salary.
