Avantages
Really appreciate the business model and the overall concept of the website. Bringing exceptionally sourced food to mass market is what the company does.
Inconvénients
BRUTALLY understaffed, especially in the lower levels, leading to a top heavy organization with no structural stability and room for growth. No communication between departments, that often ends in frustration and duplication of work. Heavily focused on reaction and not proactive planning. Also, the horrible health insurance with no out of network coverage.
