      Avantages

      FreightCenter is a great place to work! The supportive culture and team make the job better, cus honestly, freight is tuff. Management cooks lunch or breakfast for us all the time and if you are patient, put in the work, and show up to work every day, you can make a LOT of money with your bonus.

      Inconvénients

      it's a lot of information to learn, and it takes longer to hit a bonus than your normal sales gig

      Avantages

      The company has improved so much over the last year. They really care about employees now. They throw a lot of events that are fun and help you meet people. Food trucks and games all the time. Sales agents make a lot of money with their bonuses. Full benefits. If you show up every day and try, they won't just fire you,

      Inconvénients

      They don't match your 401k. Only employees' contributions. If you are hourly, you probably won't get yearly raises

      Company benefits, multiple on site events for employees a month, great bonus incentives and a clean office environment. Great training.

      Pay structure can be subject to change. Constant interaction with customers via phone, email or live chat.
