Indeed, in terms of staff turnover, we feel we are doing pretty well: - 40% of our software developers have been with us for more than 5 years. - In January 2023, we had a staff turnover rate of 7.5% which is below our industry average. - In average, our current staff has been with us for 3.25 years. Our employees are also happy, as shown by our recent employee net promoter score of 53. Finally, we have a serious HR screening process and make sure we hire staff at a reasonable pace in order to provide them the best onboarding experience and make sure we keep our culture, which we are really proud of.
