      Avantages

      Few areas I am clearly impressed with Office Infra supportive team free meals option - keeps us less distracted when we are fed. clients are quite solid and big hybrid working Salary in time - can vouch for it for the last 5 years now Senior team keeps us updated regularly on business wins

      Inconvénients

      Challenges I can pin point as they want to innovate, they sign up to a different tool nearly every year - it is done for good, but becomes tough to juggle between one tool to another processes are built and parked somewhere, another process starts kicking in - lot of structure has been brought in the past 3 years at all fronts

      Avantages

      There is a lot of opportunity for growth and the company is growing and expanding daily. The technology and advancements are fascinating and the leadership is always open to new ideas. Everyone is helpful and collaborative

      Time zone differences can be difficult to manage if you have poor time management skills

      Nice peer group to work with

      Inconvénients

      Terrible management, the company was always strapped for cash but upper management was completely manic so they would make wild hires and then start firing people because they had no money. Any revenue is tied to one huge client so when they inevitably pull the plug on this experiment the company will fail.
