Avantages
They used to provide lunch Saturdays. The employees were nice.
Inconvénients
Management is highly disrespectful of sales people and threats them with disdain and like morons. They record your phone calls and have cameras everywhere! They apply high-pressure tactics that upset your customers to the point they walk out. The finance department really upsets the customer. Their tactics are opposite of Honda's Consultative sales process. They have 2 teams of 6 salespeople. EVERY SINGLE PERSON was gone in less than a year.
