4yAt FramesDirect.com, we work to provide a safe, positive environment for our team members. We follow all COVID safety protocols and even exceed local standards in regards to social distancing, cleaning, and mask wearing. Our goal is to keep our employees as safe as possible in this uncertain time. We value our employees and have high performance standards so that each team member has an opportunity to excel and provide customers with an exceptional buying experience. Each team member knows what is expected of them, and we review performance issues as they arise so that we can improve and grow. This is not done to blame an individual, but rather to help them become a better employee. To assist in this process, management maintains an open door policy to discuss concerns and suggestions. Regarding turnover, we have an extremely low percentage of employees who move on to other opportunities. Many of our employees have been with us for 10+ years, and there are even some who had left and then returned to work with us. It is disappointing to read this review, considering the steps we take as a team to provide a great job opportunity and a safe, positive environment.
