      Avantages

      Good benefits, awesome office location in SF, very exciting new technology squarely in mobile/cloud with patents, IP etc. Rapidly growing customer base including Fortune 250 clients. Strong, positive analyst coverage. Great collaboration and comraderie among all functional teams (engineering, sales, management) team feel.

      Inconvénients

      Its a start up so there is not much work-life balance, Like any early stage start up it can be a grind at times. Not all the frills yet of more mature/larger companies-no-you don;t get free massages, etc...yet

      Avantages

      Founders' "No Jerks (I had to paraphrase)" policy was truly evident. Great people to work with. Great product. Exciting place and exciting time to be doing the work.

      Inconvénients

      Company was purchased before it went huge.

      Avantages

      Good, hard working people committed to exceed. Surrounded by highly intelligent and experienced individuals willing to share the knowledge and willing to learn. Leaders ask no more commitment than they themselves are willing to give. Product path has solidified.

      Inconvénients

      It is a start-up in every true sense. Budgets are watched closely and goals must be reached. Hours are often long, but life happens and the executives understand that. Still, it is a start-up. This is 2013, no more "10 years to profit" plans.
