      Avantages

      Lots of opportunities to learn about the intricacies of various immigration legal matters

      Inconvénients

      Poor management (remote managers, little communication or feedback until things go wrong, little to no positive reinforcement), inefficient workflow (lots of redundant excel spreadsheets, manual data management that most definitely can be done using AI)
