Management is unclear and middling when it comes to making decisions, especially around key hires, which teams are desperately in need of.
They parade in a ton of candidates, many of which have been vouched for and vetted, yet no movement is made, resulting in teams being understaffed but worked to the bone.
When following up with candidates, especially referrals, they are also left without any communication or followup, leaving everyone wondering what is happening.
There is also a lot of top management oversight in areas that are frankly speaking, not in their realm anymore as they do not have the pulse of the products at hand.
