Not much support staff. You do everything. Title doesn't earn you any respect. No real skills and a lot of old ways and employees in high up positions who don't know basic skills, which you will have to make up for. So frustrating, especially when trying to have basic communication. No process, or you will have to make it. Horrible benefits, the worst! People work for the corporate office all over the company so everything is on conference and no one works together.
