      CEO is rudderless. In over her head. Unfortunately is not very good at management, communications, sales, or vision.

      Avantages

      Great clients and colleagues. Interesting work though the company lacks the expertise and staff to deliver what they sell.

      Inconvénients

      CEO does not adequately support staff or listen to their concerns. High turnover and unclear communication from CEO contribute to a sense of instability and dissatisfaction among employees. If you’re capable, you’ll be overworked and under appreciated, while the CEO’s friends are highlighted and promoted.
