      Avantages

      * Good work culture, best in work life balance. * Have opportunities to work with talent peoples * Lot of learning opportunities, new technologies. Example ML, cloud, AI etc * Good joining goodies like Jacket, T shirt, mug, bottle etc. * Food is good and cheap price. * Good evening snacks and fruits available all time * HR team very cooperative * Company stock policies is really good as RSU

      Inconvénients

      * Less pay hike for existing employee, good hike for new joiner * Your compensation will decide which project you working not in company * No training facilities for dev team

      Avantages

      Solid, stable, predictable. Most people are out of the office by 4 or 5 pm. Life is easy and expectations are low.

      Inconvénients

      Little support for marketing. Fortinet has too many products and too many product lines - and every product owner is fighting for attention of sales. The company is firmly wedded to it's hardware roots. Fortinet has not invested in internal systems. Reporting is awkard and cumbersome, and adaption on enterprise AI is still a long ways off. There are no women in senior roles.
