      They don't know what they do. If you know how to make them feel like you are doing good work, you will stay.

      Inconvénients

      No direction from management They ducttaped everything, no one know what will fail at what time. They will lay you off and will not pay the severence.

      Avantages

      The work you do is meaningful and impactful to the business. Processes are quick to be developed and implemented which is rewarding. Leadership is very involved in all aspects of the organization and open to thoughts and ideas from all employees. As a start up you develop skills in a range of areas and there is a lot of cross department teamwork which I enjoy.

      Inconvénients

      Can be long hours to meet deadlines, but that is expected in a start up environment.
