Toxic atmosphere within the Marketing Department. No just reward for efforts you will put in, but plenty of corrupt bureaucracy, backstabbing, bias favouritism, and nasty politics to navigate. The CMO is focussed on parent company Press Ganey without paying attention to Forsta, and lazily takes very poor advice from ‘senior’ Forsta marketing team members who don’t know what they’re doing, or how to run a department. If you're a marketer – do not work for this company as it will stunt your career development. It really will. Business numbers aren't looking good either, and it's only a matter of time until Press Ganey shuts down Forsta completely.
