      Avantages

      None whatsoever. If you value your sanity, mental health and career then avoid.

      Inconvénients

      Toxic culture, you need to be a "yes person" to fit in. Management can't take a counter view/opinion. Mandatory in office time painted as for collaboration even without any co-ordination with the team - you just need to be in for the sake of being in. Presenteeism at it's finest.

      Defined product direction. Well supported. Fantastic teamwork and direct management.

      Inconvénients

      Usual challenges to scale the business and systems with the initial project. Nothing unusual.

      Avantages

      Exciting products and a lot of colleagues trying to work hard together to get things done

      Inconvénients

      Culture is becoming toxic. Very demanding and stressful environment, people are not prioritised, regularly set unrealistic goals which are not credible. Recent occurrences of people being shown the door without it being acknowledged they've left or why they've gone.
