terrible working environment - Avis employé Employé (anonyme) Forney ISD

Administration has NO IDEA what they are doing, Instead of creating a supportive environment and supporting teachers, they blame teachers. This is an environment that is run by fear--it's toxic. The current "principal" has no prior experience as an administrator, which is obvious. The teaching materials are over 10 years old--not acceptable. Technology was changed 3 different times throughout the year--often being worked on during classes. Instead of trying to save a few bucks every couple of months and doing a complete overhaul, they should buy quality and stick with it.
