The working team is generally nice and helpful and the company has a pretty decent clientele which could be good for your portfolio.
Inconvénients
Every company has its cons, so to say there's none at all - it's just bs. There's a reason why the turnover rate is insanely high. Despite being around for over 20 years, the company functions just like a new start-up with a lack of professionalism in its management and SOPs. Poor managerial skills and untrained HR. Working here feels like you're under a dictatorship. They don't care about you as an individual at all, you are just there to produce results. Being criticized and reprimanded *openly* is normal here. Pitches are a norm and creatives are often overworked due to neverending deadlines. You are expected to work late and reach the office on time the next day, and work on weekends during a pitch. The working style here is traditional and inflexible. The office is not accessible as you have to take a shuttle bus in & out or walk at least 15 mins to the MRT.
