Avantages
Pros are normal. There is nothing extraordinary or different from other companies.
Inconvénients
Iam here for reviewing this company and its culture after working with them for 2+ years. I was graduated from one of the top colleges and got placed here and to the next two years we are deprived of hike and forced to work on the same package and salary. Every time we asked for the hike they came up with the same reason every single time which is recession. They dont even value their employees Since we had to work on weekends as well that too after a random call on the same day. Manager hide your efforts and progress from higher officials and takes the whole credit and hence gets promoted every time. The leave policies which they portray as the best thing about this company but trust me it's the worst as we have to work on diwali and Christmas too and we can't enjoy a festive week. They create a pressurized environment which gives you health related issues as well. Adding to it, you don't get exposure too as all the best projects gets assigned to certain fixed employees. They will never appreciate you and will lower your morale. They force you to resign from your position by constantly showing you that your are not good enough. I have faced all these issues frequently till the day i resigned. The cons of this company are much more than its pros.
