Offices in Fremont, CA and Boulder CO provide access to a lot of startup resources and the company provides a lot of open communications with weekly all hands meetings to provide status on customer deployments and an "open-door" policy with open, honest communications. Lunches are provided and the company makes sure that employees have the tools they need to get their jobs done effectively. Formation uses agile development methodologies to be able to respond to customer requests and market/competitive opportunities very quickly.
Inconvénients
Formation is a small startup company, competing in a very big market (Data Center Cloud Storage) so it is expected that there will be a lot of competition, but seems to have the right management team to navigate this closely.
