      Avantages

      There is opportunity to learn and build skills as tradesman.

      Inconvénients

      This is a startup that is surrounded by union and heavily established trades groups and companies that already have processes ironed out. There were many missing processes and leaders of those processes so things werent as smooth as they could be. There was also missing experienced professionals in the back office that coudnt connect with what the field needed or how it should have run.

      The people there are amazing, as well as the mission of the company.

      Inconvénients

      With a large amount of non-technical employees, it was difficult to emphasize the importance of some of the new features / technical nuance.

      Great teachers, solid location and class content

      Inconvénients

      Business model is to churn through people looking to change careers and profit off of cheap labor, horrible benefits and nickel and diming on expenses/driving once you become an employee. Work quality of most crews are bad and culture ensures that continues.
