Avantages
There is a good amount of free food in kitchen. The location is nice for the Philadelphia area. The pay was reasonable. Leave early on Fridays during the summer. If you're a finance bro then you will fit in.
Inconvénients
The training at Forefront is non-existent. The little training they do provide is not sufficient to meet the expectations set by management. In addition, they expect any new employees to immediate perform perfectly. In addition, senior management seems to ignore good work and focus solely on mistakes. The work environment can only be described as toxic and disgusting. An example: The chat used by the team was frequently filled with pictures of half naked women. The male members of the staff frequently said disgusting things about women in general and women that worked in the company. There is open hostility in the office and you can expect to be insulted and mocked behind your back. You will also be insulted to your face for what it's worth. Another toxic behavior is most people are more concerned with placing blame then developing and executing a solution. The owners of the company are okay. However, the senior management are sometimes the worst offenders.
