      Avantages

      The company has gone from strength to strength over the last few years. Operationally it is very hard work, but with hard work you get your rewards. Helping those that have already given so much is my driver to work here.

      Inconvénients

      ForceSelect, like any other company had initial teething problems, however, with any bad tooth, that just requires extracting and then replaced. No real cons to speak of, the company is growing, we're moving to bigger better offices.

      Avantages

      you get a real sence of worth working at this company. You feel like you can really help people. The concept is great and has the backing of some big names.

      Inconvénients

      Badly managed from the beginning, management are full of ideas that never come to anything and cost the business money for no return. Don't live up to the culture and values the company portrays
