Avantages
A lot of responsibility early on in one's career, quickly promotion possibilities. Many opportunities to travel, attend conferences, great secondary benefits (free lunch, gym with PT, roof terrace/bar for after work events, company outings, etc.
Inconvénients
Limited work from home. At least 4 days in office is required (save for company related travel). True performance culture, sometimes have to put in long hours to finish a project/investment.
