      Benefits are good, employees are overpaid for what they do

      Inconvénients

      Too much politics and favortism, felt like being in a prison being watched constantly for no reason, management unfair and hiring for management is political and unfair. They reprimand their good employees and let the skaters do anything they want and then get all the credit.
