      The people are nice and you get to see movies and work with filmmakers

      Management is not there at all. No structure

      Anonymous Employee - We we are sorry you had a bad experience with our company. We are a small staff with an open door policy and would have loved to have your feedback during your employment. Ryan Fons is in the office daily along with senior level publicist that are open to communication. We are constantly looking for ways to improve the structure and procedures to ensure an efficient way of doing business.       Avantages

      Given the agency is small, you are able to work on various projects and direct contact with leadership team. Christine, who manages the team, is an amazing and a great leader. She leads multiple accounts as well as managing the whole team. She has been a great mentor to learn from and admire how much she juggles everything.

      Inconvénients

      Hours can be long when there are screenings and events taking place. Management needs more support.
