      Avantages

      The body of work is better than pretty much any other film distribution company. Also, the senior management is quite talented and even inspiring, but the petty politics of midlevel managers really gets in the way.

      Inconvénients

      As noted above, the politics. Good ideas from underlings are either stolen by midlevel managers or negated due to perceived and misplaced priorities. Also, the work/life balance is pretty far off, especially considering the terrible pay (this is true of the entire industry however; simple supply and demand).

      Avantages

      It’s a fantastic company to experience, especially on the studio side. They have great films to work on and an amazing environment.

      Inconvénients

      There's a lot of tight deadlines.
