      Avantages

      Nice people to work side by side with, great lighting products.

      Inconvénients

      CIO was manipulative, deceitful, a micro manager, and lacked technical skills. He would say one thing one day and then contradict himself the next day. Didnt understand IT workload or barriers and how to work around them. Never trusted in his staff. He is family friends with the owners which is the only reason he is still there. Very hostile environment.

      Avantages

      The people are great and largely have been there a long time. Leadership is transparent and personable.

      Inconvénients

      It’s not a huge company so whatever cons come with that. Fewer paths to advance, fewer contacts to build a network.
