Avantages

Clear Role Identification: It immediately states you're a Front-End Developer, which helps recruiters quickly understand your profession. Skill Highlighting: Mentioning technologies like React, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript shows your technical toolkit. Value Proposition: "Building Seamless User Experiences" emphasizes the outcome of your work, not just the tools you use.

Inconvénients

Generic Phrasing: Terms like "creative" and "detail-oriented" are overused and may sound cliché without proof to back them up. Lack of Differentiation: It doesn't highlight unique achievements, industries, or standout experiences that set you apart from other front-end developers. Tool-Centric Focus: While React and core web technologies are mentioned, it doesn’t reflect modern front-end trends like performance, accessibility, or testing unless specified. No Seniority or Experience Level: There's no indication if you're junior, mid-level, or senior, which can affect how recruiters perceive your fit.

Avantages

People have heard of Flowable, but only the free open-source version.

Inconvénients

Tiny footprint in the US. CEO that has no experience running a company. Privet equity owns majority of the company. No marketing, beyond emails within their monthly cap. You have to sell against the open-source version, that is free and does the same things. Flowable is a tiny minnow in a huge ocean.
